All St. Landry Parish schools and facilities will be open to students Tuesday, August 31, 2021, with the exception of Cankton Elementary, Eunice Junior High (follow pre-hurricane hybrid schedule), Port Barre Middle, Port Barre High School, and Washington Career and Technical Education Center. The above-mentioned schools will continue at-home learning for students. You will receive additional information from your school’s administrator.
Students attending the St. Landry Parish Virtual Learning Academy will be contacted with additional information regarding coursework.

ATTENTION PARENTS OF GPE STUDENTS WHO RIDE BUS 558 (Mr. Roger Brown) AND BUS 603 (Mr. Brent Melancon): Mr. Brent will be picking up/dropping off students from Mr. Brown's route. This will continue until December. Students will be picked up about 30 minutes earlier because of this.

The plans for staggered entry at Grand Prairie are as follows: Students with last names beginning with A-L will attend tomorrow, Wednesday, August 18th. Students with last names beginning with M-Z will attend Thursday, August 19th. All students will attend Friday, August 20th.
